Is Contrave FDA approved now? I thought the FDA approved Septmeber 2014, but later took it off the market?

So is this approved now by the FDA? I am confused. I thought it was approved September 2014 but later the FDA took it off the market and requested further study. My Doctor says has not been released yet?
