Is dave's killer bread good for you?

"Dave's killer bread" is a product I'm asking about would it fit into a diet ?

Like any other product, watch the serving size and calorie counts. At first glance at their website (first we've heard of the product) it looks like they load the bread with more fiber than typical store brands, sodium seems reasonable, sugars are mostly low (watch the raisin and sin dawg!), and it's even packed w/ protein! They publish all of this info on their website.
