Is rasin bran cereal ok on the 17 Day Diet?

I wondered why the meats have to be boneless and also if raisin bran cereal is ok to eat or should it just be. this diet is amazing!!! i have digestive issues and have found this diet to be such a joy to helping ease my problems and also lose a few unhealthy pounds in the process...i would shout it's praises everywhere..thanks so much Dr. Mike
