Is raspberry ketones pills ok to take with healthy trim products for weight loss?

I'm 37 years old and been heavy my whole life . my thirode, no longer works and healthy trim has been a live saver. I'm down 27lbs and have beenthat way for awhile. Upped my work outs and nothing has changed. Just wanted to know if raspberry ketones pills would be the boost my body needs?
