Is the online WW program for men appropriate for me?

onehipdad asked this question May 25th, 2011 7:18 pm

I'm a 59 y/o male, 5'10" 220#. I want to lose 40#. Here's my situation: I travel 45 weeks a year, usually home on weekends. While I'm working, I eat in my room: cereal & banana for breakfast, light lunch out (sandwich or salad), cottage cheese w/fruit, salad or fresh veggies, & Healthy Choice microwave entree. I don't exercise enough (try to walk at least once a week for an hour) and I like cookies. Is the online program appropriate for me?

I'm a WW member and it'll work for anyone but it sounds like you're already on the right road. For me; I was eating what I should've but not in the amounts I should. WW helped me think more about what I was eating and the points tracking holds me accountable.
