i joined weight watchers this morning online but cannot get back in whats up

Absolutely! They really promote eating fruit and veggies (fresh fruit and veggies are unlimited and are 0 points). Your yogurt, milk and cheese (and bread) would cost points, but the lower fat they are, the lower points they count.

Totally. it's even better if you eat fish. They recommend that users eat two servings of lean protein every day. that can be anything from tuna fish to egg whites.
