Life after Plexus?

Has anyone stopped using it? Rapid weight gain or changes? Do you need to be on Plexus for the rest of your life?

I lost my weight and continue to use the pink drink, biocleanse and probio5. My GI system was a mess. Everything is working fine now. The drink really helps my cravings and levels my blood sugar. I will be a lifer! Oh and I take the vitamins too. I don't use the mild stimulants anymore as I don't need them.

I don't think you would want to stop. The benefits you get... I don't know why you would gain back unless you started eating bad again....

Most people find that the other health benefits cause them to say things like "If I don't lose another pound I will drink this the rest of my life just because of how I feel" I am no longer looking at this product as simply weightloss it is a health drink. Contact me
