On the Sacred Heart diet, do you drain the water off of the stewed tomatoes and green beans?

I don't drain the tomatos, but I do drain the Green beans. Good luck...

I drain any canned foods except tomatoes, because they usually have a natural preservative, unlike the other veggies. Also, the baby green lima beans from walmart, flash frozen, are great with a little beef bullion for seasoning, and onion and garlic if you like those.
