Problems logging into Weight Watchers Online

I joined a few days ago but because I've been traveling I haven't been able to get on line and start WW. But today when I tried to get on line and work the WW program. It won't let me get on line a says I'm not in the system...... I gave my credit card now I'm starting to worry? Should I cancel?

I just joined yesterday and still cannot log in. I am very upset that they have a program that is so hard to log in for a 64 year old person.
