regardeing NESTLE OPTIFAST VLCD

hi im rajitha, im 26 years my weight is 70kgs and im 5feet 1 inchs. im planning to use this product called optifast vlcd for weight loss my bmi is 29.52 and my waist line is 36 inchs. im from india i could not get optifast in any of the drug stores or through online shopping. i have gone through so many reviews and videos and sucess stories related to this product. i learned that this product should be taken only on the supervision of a health professional. but most doctors in india dont even know this product. im having hypothyroidism, ans PCOS problems. im in confusion weather to use this product. please let me know weather im suitable for this product and if so where can i purchase this product and will it give any side effects (i can sustain mild side effects). thanks in advance
