Should I feel a bit light headed and weak after first drink of Plexusslim?

Plexusslim - just tried to eat lunch one half hour after drink and accelarator pill - a spinach salad with cranberries, walnuts and feta - what I often eat. don't feel hungry but still feel weak and lightheaded. Is this normal?
