Want to know if I can take hoodia with my medications pills?

Hi I want to start taken hoodia but i need to know before I start is it safe with another pills like aim taking every morning Euthyrox 50 and Angelig hormone. It has Drospirenone 2 mg. And. Estradiol 1 mg. want to know how to take it before meal or after and is it safe with my pilss.
