Diets in Review Question

What are some tips for sticking to the diet over the weekend?

I have been on this diet for 4 weeks and have yet to be able to stick to it over a weekend. During the week I can stick to the routine (more or less) with very little issues but Saturday and Sunday are my biggest challenge. I have not lost a pound to date! I think the cookies taste good as long as I take small bites and drink a glass or two of water with them. I like the shakes and the soup. During the week when I am on the diet, I do feel hungry during the day and get frequent headaches, but the cookies themselves taste good and I look forward to eating one every 3 hours. Even if I don't follow the diet on the weekend shouldn't I still lose weight at some point? The food I eat on the weekend are reasonably sized meals, with low or no carbs, lots of veggies and lean protein. Does anyone else have this problem??

What works for me is that at the start of each day I put my SFL products for the day together in a bag and I take that bag with me wherever I go. That way I have all my "meals" with me wherever I am. I have 3 jobs so I am running around all the time and can be caught away from home for several hours longer than I expected. But as long as I have my cookies/muffins/soup whatever and some Crystal Lite, I am good. I
