what can help cure jc virus caused by adverse effects of Crohn's disease medication

My brother-in-law was diagnosed with J C Virus. It was determined it was caused by the adverse effects of a medication he was using for years to help control his Crohn's disease. Is there a remedy or cure for the J C Virus?
