What can I substitute for grapefruit on The 17 Day Diet?

I can not eat grapefruit, not allowed with my zocor, for cholestero , what can I substitute?

I was once told by a doctor to take my cholesterol medicine at night and the grapefruit probably won't effect it. Especially if you don't eat it every day. Check with your doctor.

Just do not eat grapefruit.lots of other choices.
