You can use the same diet to lose and maintain your new weight. Just eat the amount of food you need to maintain your "ideal" weight (somewhere between BMI 20 and 25) at your usual activity level. You can find your ideal weight and food requirements at ChooseMyPlate.gov and then use the site to plan a balanced diet everyday until you get a repertoire of favorite menus and the hang of how to eat. Otherwise, focus on structuring your environment to minimize your contact with unhealthy food and maximize your opportunities to be active. Repeat those actions everyday for the rest of your life.
