What is the Sacred Heart Soup Diet?

I'm thinking about starting this diet soon. I just had two questions about it.
The first is after doing it once, about how long should you wait to do the diet again?
And another thing is, is it extremely easy to gain weight again after this diet, and if it is does anyone have any good diets to use daily?
Sorry, I'm just starting to get into weight loss, I put on A LOT after breaking my leg and never had to worry about it before.
