What opinions does any have on Advocare? Is it worth the $$?

I have a few friends who have done the Advocare 24 day challenge and was wondering if anyone else outside of realm of friends had done this and had success? Especially with the cost of the inital program.

The Pro's use it. AdvoCare gave me the energy to get off the couch & start being more active. I saved money on my food bill which helped with the cost.
