Diets in Review Question

What other snacks ok to have? Pork Skins or anything else please help???

It's not clear which book or diet you're following, so I can't answer specific to that. In general though, pork skins aren't going to qualify as a healthy snack on any diet. Consider things that are going to fuel you and fill you up - Greek yogurt, hummus and fresh vegetables or whole grain pita, a cheese stick and apple slices, almonds and an orange.
