I am a lifetime member & have lost my cheese soup recipe from about 10 or so yrs. It had potatoes, onions, cabbage, velveeta cheese, butter buds and chicken boulion & 7 cups of water. Where can I find it? Or could you send it by e-mail. Or what cookbook would it be in.

Actually it is 8 Cups of Water. Here is the full recipe. Yum!

Weight Watchers Cheese Soup

8 cups water
1 envelope Butter Buds
8 cubes chicken bouillon (you can use FF chicken broth instead - adjust water accordingly)
24 oz. diced potatoes
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 small head cabbage (chopped)
¾ lb Velveeta light cheese, cubed

In a large pot, bring water to boil.
Add Butter Buds and bouillon.
Stir until dissolved.
Add vegetables and simmer for 1 ½ hours until veggies are tender.
Remove from heat, add cheese and stir until melted.
Makes 16 cups.
1 point per cup.
