Where can I get a replacement jug part.?

I have one of Brendan"s machines for soup making probably about 15 months now and I am not very happy about it at present as all the plastic lugs on the jug part that fits into the bottom bit have broken off as the same with the lid the pieces that hold the lid on broke 3 weeks after I received it. Also I have been very disappointed with the jugs part as it never looks clean. Now having said that I have used it every day and still was using it today when it broke. I want to know if I can get a replacement or get this one fixed thank you Doreen
