i really recommend you buy grapefruits and not the juice. It is easier and healthier, that way you won't have to worry about all of the sugar and crap that the juice's come with. Eat half a grapefruit with each meal and i guarantee you'll loose weight.

I would recommend you buy grapefruits instead of grapefruit juice. Many grapefruit juice are full of sugar and other chemicals.
