why do I feel my pulse throughout every inch of my whole body?

I have Dercum' Disease and I am a Diabetic. Approx. 3 months ago occasionaly I would feel like my pulse is beating on every inch on my body? It's like my nerves are sending out a message but no one is answering! Why is this happening to me?
