Why would the combination of eggs and avocados cause a stomach ache?

A friend mentioned when she eats whole eggs and avocados she gets a stomach ache. When she eats egg whites and avocados she doesn't. When I eat whole eggs and avocados it doesn't bother me. Is there any reason why she would get an upset stomach?
