A Day in the Life at Biggest Loser Resort

By now, your body is craving lunch, and the executive chef aims to please with a satisfying mid-day meal. Lunch options always include a hot, homemade soup. A serving is about one cup and always under 100 calories. We sampled wild mushroom, spicy carrot and beet soups during our stay. The main entree is varied and sure to fuel your afternoon round of fitness classes. We were served a tostada, turkey club pita and green pizza during our stay. The pita was a first for the kitchen and it received rave reviews, thanks to the freshly roasted turkey prepared that morning.

Guests often have lunch on the patio near the pool, where a friendly wait staff sees that individual dietary needs are met and the carafes of ice-cold water never run dry.
