A Day in the Life at Biggest Loser Resort

"Stop sign" is a favorite hike of guests because it's physically one of the most challenging. Guests start at about 3,000 feet above sea level and walk up a pavement trail to a point that is at 4,000 feet above sea level. The end-point is an actual stop sign, and guests often photograph themselves at this landmark and even jump to high-five their accomplishment.
