In 2008, Queen Latifah stepped out as one of the many faces of the Jenny Craig brand. She wasn't seeking to lose a lot of weight though, she simply wanted to be healthier. Queen's campaign was all about promoting being satisfied with overall health rather than a number on a scale. Her recommendation was to trim just 5-10% off of your body weight. It took about six months to reach her goal of losing that 5-10%, which she also attributed to a 5-day-a-week gym habit involving an hour of treadmill or elliptical.
