Jillian has a number of workout DVDs, both of her own brand and in conjunction with Biggest Loser. However, none of them are as popular as 30 Day Shred. It's a 30-day workout program designed to help overcome that hurdle of losing the last 10-20 pounds. This workout is no joke, and will have you performing 20-minute workouts that involve strength training, cardio and abs training. It's a perfect complement to those following her online weight loss program.

I'm on Day 6 of the Shred Level 1 - I'm definately less sore than I was say on Days 2-4 and although I'm still finding Level 1 challenging I think it's because I'm putting more into it than I was when I started, so hopefully I'm improving! Planning to move up to Level 2 on Day 11

I have completed Day 2...will be on Day 3 of level 1 tonight. I'm not going to lie...I am so sore I can't walk without looking like I am physically disabled. I am sticking with it b/c I am determined to lose the excess 10-15lbs I put on while going through breast cancer reconstruction and not being able to follow my usual workout routine. Good to know it's not just me that is so sore after just a couple of days!! :)

Im on 3rd day on lvl 1 really sore...but when i work thru it it feels good.... kinda think i should wait a day and let my muscles rest. I wonder how long it is really till your soreness goes away. I am a 25 yr old mom of 2... 140 lbs 5'4
