South Beach recently updated their diet. Creator Dr. Agatston and exercise physiologist Dr. Signorile, have worked together to introduce a three-phase workout plan that works in conjunction with the eating plan. South Beach Supercharged includes a detailed exercise plan along with some update to the eating plan and recipes. The exercise plan focuses on the core, cardio, strength and flexibility. These focuses are designed to tone and shape a healthy body. When participants sign up with The South Beach online membership they will receive detailed workouts. The workouts include a daily walking routine, hundreds of Pilates-based core moves along with pictures and guided videos. Members also receive exercises based on their level whether a beginner or advanced. The Supercharge plan allows for the toning of abs, boosting of energy, and a supercharge to metabolism.
