From day one at the Biggest Loser ranch, the trainers are tough on the contestants when it comes to workouts. Adam does resistance training as Bob eggs him on. "The first workout was amazing," Adam said in an interview with DietsInReview. "I felt a great sense of accomplishment after I was still standing after that. It was hard, it was the hardest workout I had ever gone through in my entire life."
