New Image has two weight loss camps: Camp Pocono Trails in Pennsylvania and Camp Vanguard located in Florida. Both locations boast a camper-to-counselor ratio of four to one and are located on private lakefront properties. Campers will attend weekly nutrition and cooking classes, which will teach them key skills for healthy eating, such as reading nutrition labels, how to create balanced meals and how to prepare healthy dishes. They also offer a follow-up program through take-home materials, supplemented by phone consultations and email.

In addition to the lake, Camp Pocono Trails has separate swimming pools for girls and boys. Most of the daily activities are separated by gender, with fun co-ed activities at night. The facilities also include a climbing center, golf range, weight room and a 7000-square foot weight room.

Camp Vanguard is found on the edge of Lake Pierce in Haines City, Florida. Campers stay active with paintball, bike trails, basketball, beach volleyball and swimming. Yoga and dance programs are also offered, less active camp activities like ping pong and crafts.
