Many viewers know Alison Sweeney from her other job playing "Sami" on Day of Our Lives, but she's also been the host of The Biggest Loser since its fourth season. Although Alison has never been obese, she has had a difficult struggled with her weight, a task that is made all the more difficult by being constantly in the public eye. However, today Alison is a fit and happy mother of two, and is the author of The Mommy Diet, a book to help new moms to regain their pre-pregnancy bodies the healthy way.

Great articles! My only suggestion: more proofreading! "2 male trainers for the first time in BL history", not so; remember Brett from last season? Also, Bob's book isn't called Are YOUR Ready. There are several more little things that need tweaking. Again, THANK YOU for the info on the contestants, but check the grammar/facts! I hope this helps!
