Although Courtney had been working out for some time and watched the Biggest Loser religiously, nothing could prepare her for the first work at the ranch."It looks really hard, but you cannot understand that workout until you do it," said Courtney. "I am so sore, but after I was done with that workout, I just got this feeling of happiness and excitement."
