By week five on the ranch, Frado got below the 300 pound. Healthy eating is just as important as working out for the Biggest Loser contestants. The contestants got advice from chef Curtis Stone and special guest Lorena Garcia. In episode six, the black team faces off against the blue team in a competition to cook the tastiest low-calorie meal. Frado tweaks the presentation of a shrimp cocktail.
