Girl Scout Cookies Nutrition Facts

These crunchy cookies are covered in caramel, coconut and chocolate to make an irresistible, unique snack. A name change a few years back doesn't keep people from calling these Caramel DeLites; but light they are not.
The updated Samoas actually have more calories and fat than the former. 2 cookies = 1 serving; 150 Calories, 8g Fat, 6g Saturated Fat, 10g Sugar.
The DeLites had 140 Calories, 7g Fat, 6g Saturated Fat and 13g Sugar.

I agree with Amy. I wish they would make healthier choices for us die-hard samoa lovers out there.

Unfortunately, the low-cal cookies are discontinued this year. The Daisy-Go-Rounds came in 100-calorie packages but didn't sell well. :(

WOW!! I had no idea that there was a new version of the Samoas this year and they have more calories and fat! I expect better from the girl scout brand. How about coming out with a low calorie, lo sugar version for 2011??
