A noted baker of sweets who spent some time on Top Chef is Marisa Churchill. The spring release of her healthy dessert cookbook Sweet & Skinny displays her prowess and adept ability at making the treats we love completely guilt free.

She likes to use cream cheese as a swap for butter in baked goods. "In regards to the reduced fat cream cheese, it is a 1-1 swap for butter," she told us. "But I suggest you replace 1/2-2/3 of the butter not 100%, so you could cut a 1/2 cup of butter down to a 1/4 cup."
