Chris Hemsworth recently became a new daddy to a baby girl, India. Despite having strong muscles this Hollywood A-Lister has a soft spot for his daughter.

Before his child was born, Chris had to bulk up for his movie roles. It is hard to believe he didn't start lifting weights before the movie Thor.

Chris plays soccer, rugby, and boxes when he isn't in the gym. He tries to exercise regular and to rest his body.

Chris's new daughter and rising film career will keep this Hollywood dad fit for years.
