How the Most Beautiful Women Stay Fit

This royal beauty made it on to the most beautiful list, of course. Why wouldn't she? If not, her prince of a husband may have made a few calls.

Rumor has it before the wedding she was linked with the Dukan Diet to help her fit in to that stunning dress, as was her mum. Since then though, how Kate eats is a guarded royal secret. Just looking at her tall, slender frame, it's easy to tell she's eating all of the right things, and little of them. She enjoys summery foods, like salmon, beans, and salads.

Despite a meticulously managed schedule, Kate makes it to the gym for at least an hour every day. She enjoys a variety of activities including rowing, running, cycling, yoga, and weight training. She prefers HIIT style workouts, which give a big burn in a short amount of time.
