How the Most Beautiful Women Stay Fit

Forty apparently means fabulous if you're Sofia Vergara, one of the most beautiful women in the world according to People. Her diet philosophy is pretty simple. "Not too much food, not too much exercise, not too much anything," she has said in the past. "Everything in moderation."

That includes exercise. A self-appointed hater of the gym, she does it anyway, but not too much. She spends three days a week with celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson. When not with her trainer she likes Pilates, spinning, salsa dancing, and the Tracy Anderson Method.

Her diet is clean and reasonable, sticking to vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Her biggest food indulgence is cake.
