Primal Animal Workout

This exercise is similar to the basic squat.

Start in a squatting position with your quads parallel with the ground and your butt sitting back like you would in a chair. Place your hands behind your head and interlock your fingers. You elbows will be bent and you should look like a duck at this point.

Begin waddling forward one leg at a time, but make sure to stay in that squatting position the entire time. Walk across the room and back.
