Primal Animal Workout

To get those limbs warmed up we’re going to start with some stretching.

Get into a push up position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your chest directly above your hands. Instead of making sure your body is a straight line (like you would in a push up), I want you to let your butt sink a little so that there’s a decent backwards arch in your back/upper body.

Begin the motion by slowly raising your butt into the air while rounding your back at the same time (your feet will also end up moving from toes to flat footed). Once your body is arched like a stretching feline, move back into the starting position. Go back and forth between the two positions 3-5 times or until you feel warmed up.
