Primal Animal Workout

Begin by getting on your hands and knees as if you’re pretending to be a dog. Then, very slightly lift your knees off the ground so that the only thing touching the ground is your toes and hands (your knees may graze the floor, but there should never be any weight on them).

Begin walking forward with one hand and foot at a time. This movement should be very slow and controlled so that you do not let your knees touch the ground throughout the entire walk.
