Rick de Roque's Biggest Loser 10 Journey

This fan favorite was looking great by the time the season 10 finale rolled around. Rick weighted-in at 185 pounds, having lost a total of 165 pounds since his started. That's 47.14 percent of his beginning body weight. When he started the who, Rick said he wanted to be a more active grandfather, and we're sure he'll be able to do just that now!
