Saturday Morning Drill: 7 Planks to a Stronger Core

Side planks are fabulous for working your oblique muscles. Simply place your arm firmly under your body, extend your legs to the side of you with one foot in front of the other, and extend your opposite arm up as close to parallel to your other arm as possible. Hold this move for 30 seconds to complete one full rep. Do this 2-3 more times for even more of a challenge.
