Saturday Morning Drill: 7 Planks to a Stronger Core

Plank with a knee drive is one of the best moves for your abs. Simply get into a push up position with your back straight and abs engaged and then drive one knee into your chest as high as you can. Hold for one count and then return to starting position. Repeat with the other leg. Each single knee drive is one rep - complete a total of 40.
