Saturday Morning Drill: 7 Planks to a Stronger Core

Planks are quickly made more challenging by simply adding a push up. Start in push up position and perform 5 push ups. Then lower your elbows into a plank position and hold for 15 seconds. Return to push up position and complete 5 more push ups before holding another 15-second plank. Each set of push up to plank hold is one rep - complete a total of 5.
