Saturday Morning Drill: Energy Booster

These squat jumps may sound complicated but they're actually quite simple and effective.

Stand with feet hip width apart and arms at your side. Then jump down into a deep squat position and point toes outward, like a proper ballet pliet. Then immediately jump back up into starting position. This should be one fluid motion without pauses. This is one rep - complete a total of 30.
