Saturday Morning Drill: Fit in Five

Goblet Squats (1 minute): Hold the kettlebell by the horns or a dumbbell by one end (pictured here without). Standing with feet slighter wider than hip width apart and toes turned slightly out, drop into a deep squat going past the 90 degree angle of the knees. Squeeze the glutes and keep weight in the heels to return to the start position.
