Saturday Morning Drill: Zombie Apocalypse Workout

If you want to get lean and build muscle at the same time, kickboxing is the workout for you. Just one, 1-hour session can burn up to 500 calories and leave your body completely ripped and ready for fighting off zombies like it's nothing.

Start with back kicks by standing with arms raised in punching position in front of you, then bend slightly forward and kick one leg back lifting as high as you can while keeping proper form. This is one rep - complete 15 on each side.
