Saturday Morning Drills: Full Fitness Fusion

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Step out to one side and bend that leg, lowering your hips while keeping most of your weight on the bent leg. Push off the bent leg while simultaneously driving both arms overhead as you stand up. Switch sides and repeat, alternating side steps with overhead press. Complete 10 reps on each side.
